Client: Shikun&Binui – JV
Mission: Infrastructure work on the Gilon Tunnels and a railway, connecting between Acre and Carmiel.
Communication Cables: Excavation of backup fiber, horizontal drilling and laying of signal cables 300 km long alongside the railway and tunnels, 500 kilometers of fiber optics and 150 kilometers of telephone cables.
Electricity: Execution of electricity infrastructures including control room, main closures, pedestals, a 5000 I.O control unit and software, 12 800 KVA transformers, three 2,500 KVA transformers, one 1250 KVA transformer, three 2,290 KVA generators, one 1,250 KVA generator, VAT STEP-UP from 0.4; 22 kilovolt, control VAT.
Air conditioning: construction of VAT Ventilation, including 64 controlled and jet blowers control systems and monitoring of toxic fire and smoke gases, ventilation of rooms via VRF and energy centerand state-of-the-art control center.
Plumbing: Hydraulic systems along a 10 km tunnel, including pressure reducing systems, automatic taps and fire stations, pressure increasing systems and reservoir pumping.
